Mr. Prabhakaran Manikkoth is heading ‘Indian Patent Global Services’, a Patent Consulting Firm exclusively dealing with all facets of patent and is a Patent Agent registered with the Government of India. He has widely travelled in India and abroad for attending training programme and seminars in matters related to Patent. Further he was associated with negotiation on behalf of his clients for technology transfer in multi disciplinary areas with several leading Multinational Technology Providers/ Original Equipment Manufacturers.
Mr. Prabhakaran handles all phases of patent prosecution and has experience both as ‘Examiner of Patents’ working for the Indian Patent Office and as a Patent Agent obtaining patents for the inventions in multi-disciplinary areas across the globe. He has several published papers to his credit including the one submitted to the Government of India titled “Reorganization and Revamping Indian Patent Organization”.
Mr. Prabhakaran, after his graduation in Science with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics as subjects from the University of Kerala, India in the year 1965, has done his Post Graduation in Chemical Engineering and became Member of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers and started his career with Indian Ordnance Factories and was into operations in various industries involving Manufacturing, Research & Development and Projects.
